Samsung a107 Prepaid Phone GoPhone for AT&T
The very basic phone has come out: the Samsung a107 Prepaid Phone. As new entry level phone, the a107 does not sport a camera, a music player or even bluetooth. However, the Samsung a107 is a great phone for newbies who like a simple and basic phone.
Unlike common clamshell phones like the Pantech Breeze II that have an external display, the a107 even comes without this feature. With only 3.46×1.73×0.78-inch, the Samsung GoPhone is one of the smallest flip phones. For internal display, the a107 has 1.43-inch screen display with 65,000 color.
The main features of the Samsung a107 Prepaid GoPhone:
- a 500-entry phone book with room. Each entry has 5 numbers, an email address and notes.
- Text and multimedia messaging, a vibrate mode, a speakerphone, instant messaging, a mobile MediaNet Web browser, an alarm clock, a calendar, a calculator, a tip calculator, a unit converter, a timer, a stopwatch, and a world clock.
- $15 airtime credit with AT&T’s GoPhone service
- 1.43 inch screen display with 65,000 color

- Speakerphone, web browser, calendar and alarm, downloadable polyphonic ringtones
For the batter, it has a battery life that is rated up to 5 hours of tail time and 10 days of standby time.
